To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booked time. No refunds will be offered for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your booked time, but we will gladly move your reservation to another available day or time based on availability. Our services have inherent risks of injury. By booking any of our services, you understand these risks and agree that The Batter's Box, LLC or it's Owner(s) cannot be held liable for any injuries, damages, death or for any other reason sustained during your visit.
